I finally gave up looking for a job and decided to go all out and retire.
I am still struggling to figure out just what I will be doing during retirement besides staying up late and sleeping in. one thing I know for sure is that I will be updating the paper a lot more often…I’m looking at starting with 3 days a week and then going to 5. (I may be retired, but I still want weekends off…LOL).
So look for a new update to the Moongazer Gazette by Monday evening (I’m still sleeping in ya know). Until then have a happy Cyber Monday

My Retirement So Far (Commentary)
I’ve been sorta retired for a couple of months now, and so far about the only thing I’ve done is stay up really late, and then sleep in until noon. While it sounds nice to be free to keep whatever hours you want, the truth is I’m getting bored. Thus I am making an effort to really get this paper going again.
My hope is that it becomes a source of news for all kinds of things. I want to cover things that are happening in Washington, DC, things that are happening around the US, and things we wish were happening, (or not happening).
I’m still trying to work out exactly how to indicate that an article is the truth as best as I can tell, or it is a commentary on things, of if I’m just plain making a (hopefully) funny story to invite more people to read along. If I get anything wrong in a story, I apologize. Please understand that on the news stories I am trying to tell the truth the best I understand, but from my own slightly warped point of view.
Commentaries are just that. Some may be mostly serious, like this one, and others may be complete bull-hockey, especially those where I’m trying to be funny. In any case, please relax and enjoy the newest updates. I’ll try to publish as often as possible, but as I’m just figuring all this out, it may take a week or two before I can try to come up with a publishing schedule.
